  • Do you have heat and AC?

    Yes. All of our indoor spaces are heated and cooled. The main event space also has fans to circulate the air as well.

  • What is your vendor policy?

    We are an open vendor venue. This means you can use any vendor you want for your event. We do have contacts of vendors that have been at our space before; see our Preferred Vendors List! 

  • Can we bring our own food and drink?

    Yes. Since we are an open vendor venue, you are allowed to bring our own food and drink!

  • What is your alcohol policy?

    You have two options when it comes to alcohol. You can provide your own and have self serve stations or appoint someone to bartend for you. You can also hire a bar service for your event.

  • What does parking look like?

    The bridal party, day of support staff, and vendors have reserved parking closest to the venue in the gravel. Parking attendants will direct guests to grass parking along the main driveway. Shuttle services will be provided for members that do not wish to walk to the venue.

  • Are we allowed to decorate the walls and arbor?

    You can decorate our venue any way you wish! We will be there to assist if needed. You may hang items on the wall and staple, screw, or glue anything to the arbor. 

  • Do you provide any decorations?

    We do! We have a decoration closet that you are free to use at no extra charge.

  • How many do you seat?

    We can seat up to 300 hundred guests! 

  • What are your indoor and outdoor ceremony options?

    We have multiple outdoor options for ceremonies. These include: lake side, walnut grove, timber lined backdrops, field backdrops, window wall backdrop, back patio, the list is endless. We do have space indoors for ceremonies as well. This is held in the main event space. If you choose to do an indoor ceremony, there is usually a flip involved to shift to the reception.   

  • Do you allow fireworks?

    At this time we only allow sparkler send offs outside on the gravel. 

  • Can we have open flame candles?

    No open flames are allowed in or on the property. We do have LED tea lights and candles in our stock if you choose to use them!

  • Do you provide linens?

    We provide white linens for all tables. We also have white chair covers if you choose to use them.

  • What appliances are in the prep kitchen?

    Our prep kitchen has a full sized refrigerator, full sized stand up freezer, ice chest, and microwave. The kitchen also has various utensils and glass drink dispensers free to use. 

  • Can we do our own music?

    Yes! We have speakers in the main reception area that can be connected via bluetooth or by cable to play your own music at your reception.

  • Can we display video or picture slideshows?

    Yes! Our venue includes an 84 inch tv to display any media you would like to show your guests during your event.
